On August 28, 2026, the DAF published the F-35A Beddown at Moody AFB Draft EIS Notice of Availability in the Federal Register. This began the 30-day public review period for the Draft EIS. To ensure the DAF has sufficient time to consider public input in preparation of the Final EIS, please submit written comments by September 28, 2026.
Privacy Advisory Public input allows the DAF to make better-informed decisions. Letters or other written or verbal comments provided may be published in this EIS. Providing personal information is voluntary. Private addresses will be compiled to develop a stakeholders’ inventory list. However, only the names of the individuals making comments and specific comments will be disclosed. Personal information, home addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses will not be published in the Final EIS.
