Announcement
The DAF has prepared a Draft EIS that analyzes the potential environmental effects of the beddown of two F-35A aircraft squadrons at Moody AFB. The 30-day Draft EIS public review period began on August 28, 2026, when the DAF published the Draft EIS Notice of Availability in the Federal Register. The DAF will hold one Draft EIS virtual public meeting on September 15, 2026.To ensure the DAF has sufficient time to consider public input in preparation of the Final EIS, please submit written comments by September 28, 2026.
